When you have one kid gone for the weekend how QUIET the house is!
Austin spent the whole weekend with his grandparents, and it was just Emily and us for the whole 3 days. I am just amazed how quiet it is when you minus one kid from the equation! Seriously, no sibling rivalry, no teasing, no screaming, no hitting, no yelling, no doors slamming, no toys taken, no fighting over the dog, no yelling "MOM" throughout and I still have food in the house!
Life just isn't the same since a TEENAGER moved into my house and took over my sweet, adorable son!
*sigh*
